Refund Policy
The short version
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Digital products deliver instant, irrevocable access — once you have access, it cannot be "returned." Please review the product description, the free features, and this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. All sales final
All purchases of Ask Lindz™ paid access — including one-time purchases and all subscription payments already made — are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in Section 3 or where a refund is required by applicable law.
2. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, it renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your Whop account (Memberships) or by emailing watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable. Price and billing frequency are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
3. Exceptions we honor
- You were charged but never received access: contact us within 14 days and we will fix access or refund the charge.
- Duplicate accidental charge for the same access: we will refund the duplicate.
- Where the law requires it: nothing in this policy waives non-waivable consumer rights under the law of your jurisdiction, or your rights under card-network rules.
4. Try before you buy
The Fit Check quiz, your top-3 lane results, the first lanes, starter templates and checklists, the Ask Lindz chat, read-along voice, and save/download features are free precisely so you can evaluate the product before paying. What Pro adds is described on the unlock screen.
5. Payment platform
Purchases are processed by Whop, our payment platform. Whop's own buyer policies and dispute procedures also apply to transactions on its platform, and in some situations Whop may action a payment under its policies independent of ours.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe something is wrong, email watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com first — we respond fast and fix real problems. Initiating a chargeback on a delivered digital product you accessed, instead of contacting us, may result in termination of access.
