Terms of Use
1. The agreement
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Watson Legacy Group LLC ("WLG," "we"). By accessing, purchasing, or using Ask Lindz™ (the "product"), you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
2. What Ask Lindz™ is — and is not
Ask Lindz™ is a digital educational coaching and workflow-organization product for people interested in work-from-home real estate assistant services. It is not a real estate brokerage, licensed real estate agent, attorney, lender, tax professional, employment agency, licensing school, or certification body, and it does not provide legal, financial, tax, brokerage, lending, employment, or professional licensing advice. Real estate rules, contract forms, deadlines, advertising requirements, and brokerage policies vary by state, transaction, and company — always confirm transaction-specific or legal questions with the licensed agent, broker, attorney, title company, lender, or official source.
3. No income guarantees
No income, client, job, placement, or business result is guaranteed. Results depend on skill, effort, consistency, market demand, tools, experience, pricing, communication, and your compliance with applicable laws and brokerage requirements. Any example in the product is educational, not a promise.
4. Fair housing
The product will not provide, and you agree not to use it to seek, recommendations that steer, target, or deter housing opportunities based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class. Share housing information consistently and neutrally, and route fair-housing questions to the responsible broker or attorney.
5. License, not ownership
Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this product for personal, non-commercial educational use. Any "lifetime" offer means the lifetime of this title as offered by WLG — permanent access to the current title only, with no future titles, products, or unreleased content included. You do not acquire ownership of the software, content, lane cards, templates, artwork, names, or code. Files you download for your own use (plans, templates, checklists, backups) are yours to keep for personal use under this same license.
6. Access and unlock keys
Paid access may be controlled by checkout through our payment platform (Whop) and access codes or license mechanisms delivered after purchase. Codes and access are for the purchaser only and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, rented, published, or transferred. One purchase = one household's personal use.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: copy, scrape, extract, or republish the lane library, templates, or coaching content for redistribution or resale; reverse-engineer or create derivative competing products; circumvent the paywall or access controls; use bots or automated access; submit unlawful content; or use the product to violate any law, including fair-housing, telemarketing, and anti-spam laws in your own outreach. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
8. Intellectual property
All content — lane text, quiz design, templates, coaching responses, artwork, and the names Watson Legacy Group™, WLG™, Ask Lindz™ — is owned by WLG or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other law. The product is based on 21 Ways to Make Money as a Work-from-Home Real Estate Assistant by Lindsay Watson, used within the WLG ecosystem. No rights are granted except the license in Section 5.
9. Intended audience
Ask Lindz™ is a business-education product intended for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children.
10. Coaching chat and read-along
The "Ask Lindz" chat is an automated, rule-based coaching feature — its responses are general education, not professional advice, and it will decline contract, legal, tax, lending, and fair-housing questions by design. The read-along feature uses your own device's built-in speech synthesis to speak on-screen text; it is a convenience and accessibility feature, provided free.
11. Third-party links and WLG ecosystem offers
The product may show links to other WLG products and services and to third-party platforms. Those products have their own terms and prices. Where any promoter or affiliate may earn from a link, that relationship will be disclosed. No earnings are guaranteed under any WLG program.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The product is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WLG's total liability for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or waives non-waivable consumer rights.
13. Dispute resolution — arbitration and class-action waiver
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the product will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and WLG each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration. This section does not waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 13, exclusive venue for any permitted court proceeding is the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
15. Changes
We may update the product and these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
